The best desserts are the ones that are guilt-free. It’s generally better for you which means you can eat more of it! Win-win. If you’ve been following along, we joined MISSBISH to visit pastry chef Tracy Wei of CHINO restaurant in Hong Kong who shared her recipe on how to make granola. Just to give you a little inspiration for making your own healthy desserts, Tracy threw together a yogurt panna cotta using the granola she had made on our last visit. Panna cotta sounds fancy and difficult, but it’s actually really simple. It only takes six minutes to prepare and an hour in the fridge. It’s a nice change from basic yogurt and essentially contains the same amount of calories with no added sugar (unless you add granola and honey/sizzurp). If you’re not on a health tip, you can play around different ingredients such as chocolate, buttermilk, caramel and more.
